Return & Refund Policy

At Wake Up Products, we take pride in delivering high-quality apparel and making sure every order arrives exactly as expected. Please review our return and refund policy below before placing your order.

Eligible Refunds & Replacements

We offer full refunds or replacements if your order arrives with any of the following issues:

  • Incorrect size sent
  • Incorrect product sent
  • Incorrect color sent
  • Product arrives damaged, defective, or with a clear manufacturing issue, such as (blurry design, damaged design, discoloration, missing design)

If your order falls into one of these categories, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Situations

Due to the nature of our products and operations, we do not offer refunds or returns for reasons based solely on personal preference, including but not limited to:

  • Changing your mind after purchase
  • Not liking the fit or style
  • General dissatisfaction when the product is delivered correctly and without defects
  • Accidental size purchased

However, we value every customer and want you to have a great experience with our brand. If you are unhappy with your order for a non-defect reason, we will gladly provide a 10% discount code toward your next purchase with Wake Up Products.

Additional Information

  • Items must not be excessively worn, altered, or intentionally damaged.
  • Wake Up Products reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the policy requirements listed above.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by Wake Up Products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
